This application is for Rockford High School seniors only.  Applications must be submitted by February 01. Each section must be completed before moving on to subsequent sections.  The transcript submission and letter of recommendation requests are not accessible until all other sections are completed.  In case of late requests, recommenders will have additional time past the student deadline to submit their recommendations.

Scholarship recipients are announced at the RHS Honors Convocation in May.  If you have been selected as a recipient for an award, you will receive an invitation the beginning of May.

Two letters of recommendation are required with your application.  These must not be from a relative.  At least one should be from a high school teacher.  The other could be from a teacher, coach, employer, youth group leader, or professional with knowledge of your community service efforts.  If you are applying for a sports-related award, one must be from a coach.  You will be asked to input recommenders' emails near the end of the application.

Transcript – Also near the end of the application, you will be asked to upload your transcript.  First, please request a self-view copy of your transcript from www.parchment.com and have that sent to your personal email so that you can upload it into this application.
