Description

2027 4% Bond Only Application - Letter of Intent Deadline is July 29, 2026 (no later than 5:00 p.m. CST)

To be eligible to submit a full 4% Bond Application, a Letter of Intent must be submitted to: txcr.multifamily@nifa.org by July 29, 2026 (no later than 5:00 p.m. CST).  The letter needs to provide a detailed description of the development (including location, number of units, NDED funding request, Section 811 PRA request, etc.), Bond Issuer and amount of Volume Cap the Applicant is requesting. 

2027 4% Bond Only Application Deadline is September 9, 2026 (no later than 5:00 p.m. CST)

Application Fees must be received in NIFA’s office on or prior to the deadline as set forth in Appendix A.
