Description

The role of administrative professional in an honors office is an essential one. Administrative professionals do it all—from the day-to-day operations to the big-picture thinking that helps honors students succeed and their honors organizations reach their goals.

Many administrative coordinators and assistants have dedicated years of hard work and commitment to ensure the standard of honors education is carried on within their own respective programs—and have helped to maintain the strong network among NCHC institutions.

NCHC celebrates these outstanding professionals, who keep honors programs and colleges running like clockwork, with a special recognition award. Recipients will receive an award at the Annual Conference and recognition in the event's program thanking them for their service and commitment to honors.

Please note, you must have a Reviewr account to submit a nomination for this award. 

Rules

Candidate Nomination Process

Nominated candidates must be a current administrative professional for an honors program or college and have a letter of support from their program or institution.

Letters of support should introduce the administrative professional being nominated and explain their impact amongst the students and faculty of their program or institution.

2026 Nominations close on April 10.

Winners will be announced on Administrative Professionals Day.
