Grant Program Overview
The Community Fund Ohio grant program assists individuals with disabilities who reside in Ohio. Grant awards are intended to fund needs related directly to a person’s disability and/or to help them access their community. We welcome applications from all eligible individuals, but will prioritize applications that benefit those with developmental disabilities.
