Grant Program Overview
The Community Fund Ohio grant program assists individuals with disabilities who reside in Ohio as well as nonprofit organizations that serve people with disabilities. Grant awards are intended to fund needs related directly to a person’s disability and/or to help them access their community. Community Fund welcomes applications from all eligible individuals and nonprofit organizations but will prioritize grant applications that benefit individuals with developmental disabilities.
How Grants are Funded
