DO YOU NEED MONEY FOR SCHOOL? COULD A SCHOLARSHIP HELP? HOW ABOUT A PRICELESS OPPORTUNITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then a summer internship in the heavy, highway, utility, or commercial construction industry would be perfect for you! Enclosed is the program overview of the CIAP Summer Internship & Davis/Grosso Scholarship Program. This program provides money and employment opportunities in the construction industry for students completing their sophomore or junior year in a Baccalaureate Construction Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or Civil Engineering program. Other engineering students may be eligible. APPLICATION DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 15, 2026. A personal interview will take place during November.
A Career Fair will be held January 6, 2027, where students selected to participate will interview with potential employers. Attendance is mandatory and does not guarantee employment. The Career Fair is scheduled to be held in person. Students selected to participate will be notified of the time and location.

If you have previously applied and/or participated, you still need to complete the online application for this year. Students that have applied and/or participated for two years are no longer eligible.
Only students seeking employment will be able to participate in the program.
