Ferrero North America’s Famous Amos® and the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (“USBC”) are partnering to launch the Famous Amos Ingredients for Success Entrepreneurs Initiative, an annual national program in its fourth year that provides a total of $150,000 in capital awards, mentorship, and educational resources to Black early-stage businesses.  

Program Purpose (Ferrero North America Famous Amos)
The Famous Amos® Ingredients for Success (IFS) program honors Wally Amos’ entrepreneurial legacy by supporting early-stage Black-owned businesses. The IFS program provides grants, mentorship, networking opportunities, and educational resources to foster sustained growth and success.

 
Community Overview

Famous Amos celebrates people who are authentically themselves, just like our founder, Wally Amos. Through our Ingredients for Success program, we’re staying connected to our roots by helping early-stage Black business owners thrive long-term and achieve their dreams.   

Black small business owners are invited to apply by submitting a short video pitch. Entries are judged by a panel of renowned Black entrepreneurs, and ten finalists are selected to compete in the next round. Ultimately, three winners will each be awarded $50,000 and access to mentorship, educational resources, and networking opportunities.

Official Contest Rules and Eligibility

⚪ Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 1, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. PDT
⚪ Ten finalists will be chosen to move to the second round of judging
⚪ Winners will be publicly announced on Monday, July 27, 2026

Open only to entrepreneur applicants who meet the eligibility requirements: (1) business must be at minimum 90% Black-owned, (2) in business for five years or less as of June 1, 2026, (3) and headquartered within the fifty United States (excluding Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other Commonwealths, Territories, and Possessions), and (4) Ownership of business must be held by owners who are at least 21 years of age at the time of submission of the Application. Void where prohibited. Program begins at 12:00 a.m. PDT on March 30, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT on June 1, 2026.
