FICPA Foundation Scholarships are awarded to students majoring in accounting or a related field, who are pursuing a career as a CPA in Florida. These scholarships award up to $5,000.

  • Full-time or part-time college student (as defined by your college/university).
  • Majoring in Accounting or a related subject.
  • Be an active member of the FICPA ( it is free for students - Join Here).
  • Have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and at least a 3.0 upper-level accounting GPA at the time of submission.
  • Must be at least a rising Senior or Graduate student with at least one upper-division accounting course at the time of submission.
  • Must be planning to sit for the CPA exam and be working towards fulfilling the requirements for certification in Florida.
  • Must indicate a desire to work in Florida.
  • Must be a citizen of the United States or hold permanent residency status.
  • Attending any partnering college or university in the State of Florida with an accredited Accounting Program (qualified schools listed below):
