The students who earned the 2025 Florida Realtors Education Foundation Scholarship will receive a phone call from one of the directors by the end of April. 

The deadline for this scholarship is Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 12:00pm noon (Eastern Standard Time).  NO APPLICATIONS OR ATTACHMENTS CAN BE SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE.

Requirements for the 2025 Florida Realtors Education Foundation Scholarship Application:

Students must complete the online application.
Upload a Florida driver's license or government-issued I.D. to prove Florida residency.
Three (3)  letters of recommendation are required:

  • Two (2) of the letters of recommendation must be from teachers, school coaches, or school administrators. One letter may be a personal reference.
  • Letters from teachers, school coaches, or school administrators should be on school letterhead.
  • The student may upload the letters as attachments, or send the recommender a request through the Reviewr site to ask for a recommendation letter. The recommender will then upload the letter of recommendation directly on the Reviewr website. 
  • Letters must be dated from January 2024 or after.
  • If it has been more than 4 years since you have last been enrolled as a student in a school (high school, college, post-graduate), please submit an email to FREF@floridarealtors.org for additional instructions.

Upload transcripts from the last three years of school.
Upload the acceptance letter from one or more colleges that the student plans to attend in Fall 2025. Or, if currently enrolled at a college/university, upload a copy of your school I.D.
