The guidelines below have been set by the Education Foundation Grants Committee:

• Proposal must use a creative approach to accomplish its objectives.
• Proposal must contain sound evaluation procedures for measuring the success of the program/project.
• Proposal must be clear and logical.
• Proposal budget must be detailed and exact.
• Proposal must meet the approval of the current campus principal/department head.
• Proposal must comply with ECISD strategic plan and district policies.
• Proposal must not refer to any specific teacher(s) or campus. This is intended to be a blinded process.
