Welcome to the 2024-2025 application for a Harvard LEAD Fellowship

To equip and empower more women leaders in global health, the Harvard Global Health Institute and the Global Health and Population Department at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health offer a 1-year transformational fellowship specifically designed to advance leadership skills in individuals from low- and middle-income countries.

The 2024-2025 LEAD fellowship program will run from September, 2024 through August, 2025. The fellowship is a virtual engagement with an in-person experience in April, 2025. During the four weeks in-residence, fellows will live in Cambridge, MA and are expected to be free from work responsibilities. During their time in-residence, fellows will participate in an in-person executive education course, and continue to engage in workshops, mentorship and fellowship activities.
