The INSPIRE Initiative makes available up to $13 million in funding for projects that address the substance use crisis by creating or expanding a recovery ecosystem that will lead to workforce entry or re-entry for individuals in recovery from substance abuse disorder (SUD).
Please note the following dates:
- INSPIRE RFP Release - January 17, 2023
- INSPIRE Letter of Intent (LOI) Due - February 21, 2023 by 5pm ET - LOI's should be emailed to SUD@arc.gov & you should cc your State Program Manager (SPM). For a list of SPM's see page 23 of the RFP.
- INSPIRE Final Applications Due - March 17, 2023 by 5pm ET - Final applications should be submitted via this Reviewr portal.
