Teams can submit in any of the following categories:

- Safety recognizes the team who largely contributed to the overall safety or environmental health of our company. This team embodies a zero-injury workplace mindset and always encourages their surrounding colleagues to remain safety focused and engaged.

- Technology Development recognizes the team who showcases success in developing products and solutions based on customers’ needs and anticipated challenges.

- Operational Excellence recognizes the team that consistently evaluates and improves process work flows while employing root cause problem-solving.

- Strategic Marketing recognizes a future-driven team that translates goals and strategies into actionable plans, further driving and supporting the go-to-market approach.

- Talent Engagement recognizes the team that has completed a project focused on acquiring new talent and/or implementing an attractive mix of rewards and recognition while demonstrating a passion for improving employees’ careers.

The online application must be completed in full and must include a video submission, not to exceed one and a half minutes in length. If the video is over the one and a half minute time limit, your team will be asked to revise the video. Teams can be made up of no more than 5 members (including the captain.) If you have someone who is not a team member enter your submission, please note that in your submission. All entries are due between Monday, March 16, and Friday, June 12 at 5 p.m. EST. Good luck!
