Leadership Academy Selection Process
Candidates are carefully chosen based on their unwavering dedication to the Association, outstanding character, distinctive personality, evident leadership aptitude, exemplary citizenship, and the undeniable potential for significant professional advancement and development.
To be eligible for the Leadership Academy, individuals must hold the status of a REALTOR member of Broward, Palm Beaches & St Lucie REALTORS or be an active Affiliate.
REALTORĀ® members must maintain current dues, fulfill their Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training requirements, and must be in "good standing" with the Association.
Affiliate members must be current in their annual membership dues and electronic acceptance of the Affiliate Code of Conduct, and must be in good standing with the Association.
Applicants are expected to be full-time REALTORSĀ® and should have a minimum of one year of experience in the real estate business.
