To begin, click on the BLUE BUTTON on the right to create a Reviewr Account or Log In, and then you can begin your submission. You can save and log out of your account any time, but you must complete all required portions and SAVE before the deadline.  We will open the deadline up again for the final recording and materials which must be submitted later - at that time, you will need to hit the SUBMIT button when all parts are complete.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE?:

  • You have been selected from a licensed NFTE Partner Organization. 
  • You must read the Participant Guide (see DOWNLOADS below!)
  • You must complete an Opportunity Pitch Deck for your Business Plan. (Template in DOWNLOADS below)
  • You must complete a Media Release form (see DOWNLOADS below if you haven't already)
  • You must be prepared to attend present your pitch live to a panel of judges on in New York City from November 17-20, 2025 (Semi-finals and Finals)

FEE:  

A $1,000 USD fee per student business paid to NFTE to cover activities and prizes. Fees can be waived or discounted based on Partnership Level. If you would like to discuss a fee waiver or discount, please reach out to NFTE’s Global Team.

TO SUBMIT: 

You must complete this online submission form, which includes:

  • Fully completed submission form with contact details for all teammates (up to 4)
  • Media Release forms for all teammates (Please have each teammate complete a media release through THIS ONLINE FORM and update their signed copies in the appropriate space)
  • Opportunity Pitch Deck (in PowerPoint or PDF format)
  • Logo, Biography and Headshot
  • IF APPLICABLE: if there is a video, gif, or sound file embedded in your deck, a copy of that file must be uploaded at this time as well.

ONE person from the Partner Organization's Staff should submit on behalf of the student team and all attendees. They will have to submit the team's name, birthdate, email, and phone, their own information, as well as the signed media form, so they should have that information on hand at the time of submission.  

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR UPLOAD:

Using your existing NFTE business plan, complete the approved Opportunity Pitch Slide Deck and Executive Summary. If you have ANY questions about format (and there are lots of rules, so be careful), please refer to the Participant Guide carefully before you begin.

You may start the submission, save and logout, and then log back in as needed until you have input all the information and uploaded all the required paperwork.

SUBMIT:

When you have all your final documents saved, you are ready to click the link and submit!
