2023 SIGNATURE AWARDS ENTRY FORM
ENTRY INFORMATION FOR 2023:
- ATTENTION: All entries must be made online. No physical entries will be accepted. Entry form and any accompanying documents must be in pdf format.
General Information:
- Submission Deadline:
February 10, 2023 EXTENDED TO FEBRUARY 17
- Eligible programs include all education campaigns implemented in 2022 – even if the program will carry into the first quarter of 2023. Measureable results must be included or campaign cannot be properly judged.
- REQUIREMENT: All entries must be for a plan sponsor company. No provider-only entries will be accepted. Membership in PSCA by plan sponsor companies is not necessary to enter the competition. Service providers submitting on behalf of a plan sponsor client must be a PSCA member and if the entry wins then both the plan sponsor company and service provider company will be listed on the award. - No provider-only campaigns will be accepted. All entries must include a plan sponsor company.
Application Instructions:
- Complete the entry form through this online platform (Reviewr) and submit supporting documents. All supporting documents must be in pdf format. Please do not submit the "paper" application form found on the psca.org website. It is provided to you so that you may review the information being asked and to use it to copy and paste from it into this Reviewr platform if you choose.
- Supporting documents should be in separate pdf files for easier reading. Do not submit a collage of images.
- Number of U.S. employees at the plan sponsor company is required.
- Complete the Measuring Results Worksheet to the best of your ability. You can measure results for your entire plan or for a specific targeted audience. If your campaign began in 2022, but is still on-going and results are not yet available, provide your best estimate of expected results, based on your needs analysis. If no results are provided, the judges will not be able to properly determine effectiveness and your score will be lowered.
- If you are submitting a campaign in more than one category, you will need to fill out the application for each category. You now have the ability to copy a submission, so that it should be easier to submit in multiple categories.
- Submit your entry before you pay for it. Make sure to say "ok" after you click "Submit".
- If you are submitting more than one entry and want to pay for them all together, you may. Please include a list of the entries that the payment is covering (plan name, category, submitter name). A form is available to download from Reviewr or from the psca.org website or by contacting PSCA.
- Payment is made either by mailing a check, paying by credit card or ACH. If paying by check, send payment to:
- PSCA/Signature Awards, P.O. Box 34725, Alexandria, VA 22334-0725. Include Signature Awards on the check for reference.
- If paying by credit card you will receive an email with payment instructions after the entry has been accepted.
- If you wish to pay by ACH or want to pay for multiple entries at once, please email Tobi Davis, tdavis@usaretirement.org to get payment instructions.
Award Information:
PSCA will send out a press release to the media on the day that the winners are announced.
- Signature Award winners will be announced and honored at the 2023 PSCA National Conference May 3-5, 2023 in Orlando, FL. The announcement of winners will take place May 4-5.
- Winning campaigns will be listed on PSCA's website and spotlighted in the Summer PSCA quarterly magazine, Defined Contribution Insights, and articles will be written on the winning companies and campaigns.
- If you are a winner, you may be notified prior to the announcement of winners in order for PSCA to get images for print and online use.
- PSCA will send out a press release to the media on the day that the winners are announced.
