Application Deadline
Apply by the Early Registration Deadline, Fri, Dec 6, 2024 at 12 noon EST, to receive Early Stage Feedback from our panel of experts. You can use this feedback to work on your final pitch deck that is due on the Final Registration deadline, Mon, January 27, 2025 at 12 noon EST.
Super Saturday
Virtual pitching round (Feb 15, 2025): Selected teams from the Remote Judging Round will pitch virtually to a panel of judges in this round.
The selected teams from the virtual round will then proceed to the next round as Semi-Finalists.
NVC B-track Semi-Finals
This is a remote judging round and the semi-finalists can upload their updated pitch deck and pitch video in Reviewr by Friday, Feb 28, 2025 at 12 Noon EST. Semi-Finalists also have an option to upload their pitch video in Reviewr by this deadline for the Semi-Final judges to review along-with their pitch decks. 8 teams will be selected to proceed to the next round as finalists.
NVC Demo Day - March 11, 2025, 4:00-7:00 pm EST
Semi-Finalists from both tracks will deliver 5-minute pitches to early-stage investors at NVC Demo Day.
NVC Final Judging and Finale Show – MARCH 26-27, 2025
The Final judging round will take place in person on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. On Thursday, March 27, we will announce the winners during the Finale show at 6pm ET. 8 final teams will pitch live to a panel of investors and founders on 3/26 and then present a 90-second virtual pitch at the Finale show on the evening of 3/27.
