Purpose: Pflugerville Native Victor To was raised by a single working mother whose perserverance and enduting love for her children allowed him to bevome the first member of thier family to granduate college.  THe purpose of this scholaship is to honot the devotion and sacrifices made to give us a chanve at a bettter life.

Award: $1,000 towards tuition and books

Criteria:

  • Current PfISD Student
  • Graduating Senior
  • Member of a single-provider household (Single parent/step-parent, sibling, etc.)
  • Have taken at least 4 AP Classes in high school career
  • intending to pursue any kind of post-secondary education (Community College, University, CTE Program, etc.).
