The ring scholarship is available to current students who have completed 70+ college credit hours. Graduate students are also eligible for the ring scholarship.

University of Houston Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship

This scholarship is for children and grandchildren of University of Houston Alumni.

Complete online application
Awarded to Freshman and Transfer Students for up to 4 years
Must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 per semester (on a 4.0 scale)
Undergraduates must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours
Graduates must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 credit hours
Students must be in good academic standing
One short essay is required: Please tell us what your goals are, why you wish to attend the University of Houston, and how this scholarship will assist you.

Asian Alumni Scholarships

Julie Cao Scholarship

This scholarship is for Vietnamese students at the University of Houston.
