Interested applicants should complete their scholarship application through this online portal and adhere to the deadlines, as spelled out in the Scholarship Application Instruction Guide and included below:

December 1, 2025: Scholarship application opens.
February 20, 2026: Scholarship application must be submitted, due by 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time via the online portal.
March 8, 2026: Reference letters must be submitted, due by 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time via the online portal.
June/July 2026: All scholarship applicants will be notified of whether they have been awarded scholarships for the upcoming academic year.

Merit-based scholarships: Alpha Phi Foundation extends our gratitude to all sisters, families, and friends whohave established or have contributed to Alpha Phi Foundation scholarship endowments. Some merit-based scholarships are available to all applicants, while others have specific restrictions or preferences as requested by donors. Applicants will complete one application and automatically be considered for all merit-based scholarships for which they are eligible.

Need-Based scholarships: Need-based recipients are determined based on both merit and out-of-pocket academic costs. Applicants must complete the Need-Based Scholarship section of the application and upload their FAFSA Eligibility Overview to be considered for a need-based scholarship. FAFSA submissions open on October 1. Only applicants for Undergraduate Scholarships are eligible for need-based scholarships.
