Abstracts are being accepted for the 21st Annual ASDIN Scientific Meeting.  All abstract submissions must be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday, November 4, 2024Submitters will be notified by email of acceptance as soon as possible following review.

Based on initial scoring, abstract submissions may be assigned to:
- LIVE Podium Presentation
- RapidFire Presentation
- OnDemand Abstract

Podium presentations will be reserved for the top abstract in each category -  US, International and Fellow.

*All Podium and RapidFire presenters are required to register and attend the meeting in-person.
*If submitted as a fellow abstract and selected for Podium or RapidFire, the fellow MUST attend and present.

Abstract Presentations
- Presentations must bear a direct relevance to the field of interventional nephrology and dialysis access.
- Submissions are welcome from medicine, science and industry.
- Submitter will be assumed to be the abstract presenter.
- Podium presentations will be 5 minutes in length.
- RapidFire presentations will be 3 minutes in length.
- Presentations should avoid any commercial bias. 
- There is no limit to the number of abstracts that an individual may submit.
- ASDIN may reject abstracts that are considered inappropriate for any reason.
- Abstracts published or presented prior to the ASDIN conference dates will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline
All abstract submissions must be submitted NO LATER THAN Monday, November 4, 2024. Submitters will be notified by email of acceptance as soon as possible following review.  

Abstract Format/Technical Specs
- Abstracts CANNOT Exceed 3500 CHARACTERS
- Word or PDF file only
TITLE IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS 
- Author name with Surname and Initials, affiliations identified with superscript, using numbers (not letters)
- Affiliations for each author should include Department, Hospital/University, City, State, Country
- Presenting Author should be underlined
- Figures, tables and images may be included in abstract submission, but if accepted, will not be included in JVA abstract publication

Submissions not meeting guidelines may not be reviewed.

Selection Process
All abstracts are subjected to blinded, peer review and are evaluated on quality of the project, abstract content, and relevance.

Abstract Awards
Award selection will be based on the quality of the project and presentation. Podium spots will be given to the top US, International and Fellow abstract submission.
