-Fill out all required fields accurately and completely, blank fields will result in your application being rejected.
-Letters of Recommendation-must attach at least one; three are recommended; applications without a letter of recommendation will not be considered. Acceptable options for letters of recommendation are; teachers, school counselors, department heads or principls, employers, coaches, religious leaders or community leaders.
-List of Extracurricular Activities-Includes volunteer work, clubs, sports, employment, and other relevant experiences.
