The Northern California Chapter is proud to announce the call for nominations for the 27th Annual Corporate Real Estate Awards. These prestigious awards celebrate and recognize Corporate Real Estate Executives and Service Providers whose local or global real estate accomplishments set them apart within our industry.

 

Nominees may come from any sector and should have demonstrated standards of excellence, innovation, and best practices. Over the years, the chapter has honored some of Northern California’s most respected corporate real estate leaders. We look forward to continuing this tradition by recognizing the outstanding contributions of this year’s nominees.

Rules

CORPORATE REAL ESTATE EXECUTIVE

This award recognizes a Bay Area-based Corporate Real Estate executive whose local or global real estate accomplishments for their company and our industry distinguish them among their peers. Nominees may come from any sector.

The Chapter seeks to recognize:

  • Effective leadership and contributions to promote the practice of corporate real estate (30%)
  • Significant contribution through innovative programs and projects (i.e. sustainability, corporate responsibility, and enterprise engagement) (30%)
  • Achievements in contributing to company growth and success (15%)
  • Contributions to the advancement of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in our industry and in our Chapter (10%)
  • Consistent involvement and achievement in the community, active CoreNet Northern California Chapter membership, and participation (15%)

 

SERVICE PROVIDER

Recognizes a Bay Area-based Corporate Real Estate executive whose local or global real estate accomplishments for their company and our industry distinguish them among their peers. Nominees may come from any sector.  The selection criteria recognize:

  • Effective leadership and contributions to promote the practice of corporate real estate (30%)
  • Significant contribution through innovative programs and projects (i.e. sustainability, corporate responsibility and enterprise engagement) (30%)
  • Achievements in contributing to company growth and success (15%)
  • Contributions to the advancement of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging in our industry and in our Chapter (10%)
