To apply for E3, please review and complete the information below.

  • October 2026 cohort applications are due September 15th, 2026 at 11:59pm.
  • We invite all applicants to join us for a new E3 format. The Introductory workshop to E3 is now open to all applicants. Attendance to this workshop is required in order to be considered for the October 2026 cohort.
  • To apply for the E3 Introductory Workshop for the October 2026 cohort, please attend the E3 Introductory Workshop on Tuesday, September 1st. This event has yet to be scheduled, but all applicants will be notified when it is scheduled to reserve a spot. 

E3 applications are open on a rolling basis. 

Rules

  • Are you an Oklahoma resident?
  • Are you creating a new solution to a market problem or disrupting an existing market?
  • Do you or your team have industry experience relevant to the new business?

If you answered yes to all of the above, please submit an application!

Types of companies that may be better served by other programs:

i2E serves a specific type of entrepreneur and business. We refer the following applicants to our network partners: Residents outside Oklahoma, Franchises, Oil and Gas Production, Real Estate, Movie Production, Herbal Remedies, Multi-level Marketing, Consulting and Coaching, Financial Services, Retail Business Establishments and Restaurants, and businesses in the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Gaming Industries.
