ICBI41 Call for Session Proposals & Speakers
April 18-21, 2027 | Dallas, Texas
Help shape the conversations at InBIA's 41st International Conference on Business Incubation! We're seeking practical ideas, innovative strategies, and diverse perspectives from professionals supporting entrepreneurs and building thriving ecosystems. This year's conference will also feature shared programming with the Angel Capital Association (ACA), connecting entrepreneur support and early-stage investment.
There are three ways to participate:
Propose a session idea: Share a topic you'd like to explore. If selected, you may serve as the Session Leader, working with InBIA to develop the session and collaborate with additional speakers.
Share your expertise: Tell us about your experience and interests, and you may be invited to contribute to a session on a related topic.
Submit a complete session: Already have a group of speakers? Submit your idea and proposed lineup.
Please note: InBIA may combine similar proposals, adjust session formats, or connect applicants with other speakers to create the strongest possible program. Submitting a proposal does not guarantee selection as a Session Leader or speaker.
Important Speaker Information
Speakers attending the full conference are expected to register at the discounted speaker rate of $800 for members. A limited number of complimentary one-day speaker passes are available by application for individuals who:
- Are coming from outside the field to share expertise.
- Do not have professional development funds.
- Do not have an organization funding their travel.
