The Kansas Association of Health Care Communicators is proud to present the Emerald Awards! These annual awards honor Kansas hospitals, health systems and health care organizations that excel in internal and external communications, special events, advertising and other categories.

Awardees will be recognized at the KAHCC Emerald Awards Luncheon during the KAHCC Spring Conference in Salina on Friday, April 24, 2026. Finalists will be notified before the Emerald Awards. If you would like your CEO, supervisor, or another person to be notified that you are a finalist, please include their names and email addresses in your entry. In addition to the Emerald Awards, one entry will be awarded Best of Show. KAHCC will also send a news release to newspapers across Kansas announcing the winners of the Emerald Awards competition, and an article highlighting the winners in KHA's Current Report newsletter.

KAHCC offers an Emerald Awards webinar you can watch to learn more about the awards, including tips for successful entries.
