As we gear up for National Mentorship Month, our partners at Macy’s are extending this exciting and inaugural invitation to all Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) colleagues currently working across the Network.

If a current BBBS colleague has mentored you and that investment made an impact on your day, your work, and/or your life, then we want to hear about it!

Simply put, every single day BBBS colleagues lean on and trust in one another to further our mission and drive impact for the youth we serve, and in doing that good work we often find ourselves being mentored or serving as a mentor in the workplace. If a BBBS colleague has invested a little in you, and/or others, to make a big impact, please take this moment to share that story with us!

All forms of mentorship (one time, on-going, formal, informal, group or 1:1, etc.) between current BBBS colleagues can be submitted for recognition. A panel of Macy’s team members will select a series of testimonials for National recognition and celebration during National Mentorship Month (January 2024).

BBBS Prize Offerings for Top Mentor & Mentee:
✓$1,000 scholarship to the Agency of the winner for 2024 National Conference attendance and free registration ($400 value) for both the winning mentor and mentee
