Please note that the primary applicant must be an ADHA member and a licensed dental hygienist. All submissions must be received by Monday May 12, at 12pm (CT). No late applications will be considered under any circumstances. The selection process for this grant will take place in early June and recipients will be notified shortly thereafter. The number of grants awarded varies annually, with each individual grant ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.
