The National Communication Association National Awards recognize excellence and outstanding achievements in the field of communication. NCA members are invited to submit nominations to celebrate those for their contributions across teaching, scholarship, research, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access), professional service, and lifetime career accomplishments. These awards honor those who have made significant impacts on the discipline, advancing communication theory, practice, and community.

All nominees will be informed of the results in September and celebrated at the Awards Ceremony at the 112th Annual Convention in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Nomination submission deadline: May 27, 11:59 PM Pacific Time. 

Applicants must click Save to retain their progress and may return to complete the application before the May 27 deadline.

If you are submitting for multiple awards, you must submit a separate nomination for each award. Please review the specific instructions for each award call here: NCA National Awards Call
