Description

The CRE 'Team of the Year' can include members of the in-house team, their service providers, and partners. This includes but is not limited to, a combination of end users, service providers, and non-CRE professionals.

Rules

The Award submission should outline a clear set of goals and objectives and any metrics which demonstrate the success of the team's efforts and will be evaluated based on the following:

  • Performance: The team must demonstrate significant and measurable impact for the real estate industry, professional excellence, or the team's collective stakeholders over the past 12 months. The outcome should highlight the challenges and how the team has leveraged opportunities to maximize impact.
  • Collaboration: The team must work effectively together and demonstrate exceptional teamwork, communication, and support for each other. The team should also show a willingness to help others, share resources, and promote a positive working environment.
  • Customer Service: The team should provide excellent customer service, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients. They should be responsive to client needs, provide consistent and reliable support, and be able to handle challenging situations with ease.
  • Innovation: The team should demonstrate an innovative approach to real estate, showing creativity, initiative, and a willingness to embrace new technologies and practices.
  • Professionalism: The team should maintain high ethical and professional standards and exhibit a strong commitment to ongoing professional development. The team should also maintain a positive reputation in the community and the real estate industry.
  • Community Involvement: The team should show a commitment to solving a systemic problem or improving the community, through creative problem solving, investment and initiatives.
