2026 Spring Scholarships
The PCMA Foundation supports student success and lifelong learning by awarding scholarships annually to undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in the business events industry.
📌Important:
- You may apply for multiple scholarships.
- Only one scholarship per cycle will be awarded per individual.
- Review eligibility carefully — each scholarship targets a different stage of your education.
⚠️ All applicants will be asked to submit the following:
- Responses to three short essay questions outlining your career goals, inspiration, and how this scholarship will support your growth
- A one-minute personal video introduction
- An unofficial university transcript
- One letter of recommendation
Roy B. Evans Student Scholarship
A tuition-based scholarship supporting undergraduate students preparing for careers in the business events industry.
Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student
- Open to all years of undergraduate study
Award:
- $7,500 USD tuition award
- Up to two (2) recipients
Legacy Society Scholarship
A scholarship designed to support undergraduate students as they transition from education into the professional workforce.
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate student in final year of study
Award:
- $3,500 USD tuition award.
- Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
- One (1) year PCMA membership
- Up to three (3) recipients
Foundation Scholars Program
A year-round scholarship program offering tuition support and sustained engagement within the business events industry.
Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student
- Open to all years of undergraduate study
- At least one semester of an undergraduate program must be completed at the time of application
Award:
- $3,500 USD tuition award.
- Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
- Up to five (5) recipients
Continuing Education Scholarship
A scholarship supporting graduate-level students and professionals pursuing advanced education in the business events industry.
Eligibility:
- Completed undergraduate degree
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree
Award:
- $3,500 USD tuition award.
- Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
- One (1) year PCMA membership
- Up to three (3) recipients
