GOT A DREAM FOR YOUR CLASSROOM? LET'S MAKE IT HAPPEN!

 

If you are a certified teacher* in Champaign Unit 4 Schools or Urbana School District 116, we invite you to apply for one of the many grant opportunities offered by the Champaign Urbana Schools Foundation. Each grant is designed to support innovative ideas and impactful projects in our classrooms. Please review the specific requirements for each grant carefully to ensure you meet all eligibility criteria before applying. DEADLINE for SPRING Grant Applications Jan. 20, 2026 11:59 PM.

*ISBE licensed social workers, SLPs, school psychologists, and counselors are also eligible 

Our Grant Program Guidelines: 

Teachers may only receive one grant per year. (Some exceptions apply for grants where more than one teacher is partnering on a project)

Teachers will be requested to submit the following items to be used for our social media, newsletters, and donor reports.

  • Photos and quotes from students and/or teachers
  • Receipts or documentation of purchases
  • A short final report (IDEA Grants and Book Grants do not require a final report)
