Every year, the WSUAA awards some of the best and brightest Cougs with scholarships powered largely by the Cougar license plate program. In 2026-2027, students will receive over $287,000 in scholarship support from this program alone. We are seeking exceptional WSU students who demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities – and, of course, Cougar Pride.
