Submission Guidelines and Requirements
Thank you for your interest in presenting at the TESOL 2025 Virtual Graduate Student Forum. This document outlines the submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and important information to help you prepare a successful proposal.

Submission Deadline: 6 July 2025
Notification of Acceptance: Early September 2025
2025 Graduate Student Forum: 20 November 2025
Eligibility
- Open to Master's and Doctoral students in TESOL and related fields
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a graduate program or have graduated within the past year
Presentation Formats
Applicants may submit proposals for one of the following formats:
- Live Presentation (15 minutes)
- Real-time presentation with Q&A session
- Must be available to present during scheduled session times
- On-Demand Presentation (15 minutes)
- Pre-recorded presentation made available to attendees
- Presenters should be available to respond to questions asynchronously
- Poster Presentation
- PDF poster submission
- 5-minute pre-recorded explanation of research
