The CHP 11-99 Foundation will be awarding $4.3 million in scholarships in 2026!

Since 1984, the 11-99 Foundation has provided over $48 million in scholarships to children of CHP employees, helping thousands of deserving students achieve their educational dreams. In 2025, the 11-99 Foundation awarded a record $4 million in scholarships to over 1,100 recipients across the state. We thank our generous members for their continued support – especially Suzanne and Godfrey Sullivan, after whom our Sullivan Advanced Study Scholarships are named.
