SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE WAS MARCH 15TH AT 11:59 PM 

The CHP 11-99 Foundation will be awarding $4.3 million in scholarships in 2026!

Since 1984, the 11-99 Foundation has provided over $48 million in scholarships to children of CHP employees, helping thousands of deserving students achieve their educational dreams. In 2025, the 11-99 Foundation awarded a record $4 million in scholarships to over 1,100 recipients across the state. We thank our generous members for their continued support – especially Suzanne and Godfrey Sullivan, after whom our Sullivan Advanced Study Scholarships are named.

All reminders and alerts regarding your scholarship application will go out via email through the new REVIEWR portal - be sure to ADD noreply@reviewr.com to your email senders/address book.

The CHP 11-99 Foundation Scholarship Program is reserved for children of CHP employees and retirees or children of CHP Fallen Heroes.

Applicants must also meet the following criteria:

  • Must be graduated from high school by Summer 2026
  • Must be planning to attend a university, community college, or trade/technical/vocational school in Fall 2026, Winter 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer 2027
  • Must have at least a 2.8 cumulative GPA (unweighted for high school)

Applicants will need to upload a CHP Employee/Retiree Certification Form, signed by their CHP employee/retiree parent.

Applicants will also need to upload a digital file of their transcript in PDF format.
