Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to review your request. We will follow up once a decision has been made.
All sponsorship, donation, ATM Trailer, and event participation requests should be submitted at least three weeks in advance to allow time for review, scheduling, staffing, and preparation. Short-notice requests may be difficult to accommodate.
All requests are evaluated based on community impact, alignment with CLCU values, available funding, staffing, and scheduling. Submission does not guarantee approval.
We generally do not support:
- Individual or personal fundraising
- Political campaigns or lobbying
- Requests outside our service area
- For-profit ventures
- Religious activities without a community focus
- Requests submitted after the event or deadline
