When completing the BUDGET SHEET, please use the attached EXCEL and be sure to include shipping, if needed. Please do not include snacks, drinks, substitute pay on the Budget sheet without prior approval from the Education Foundation (educationfoundation@springisd.org)
*Application must be completed by an educator, Pre-K through 12 in Spring ISD involved in the direct instruction of students.
*Implementation must begin Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 semester. Funds will not be availablle after May 1, 2026 Unused funds will be returned to the Spring Education Foundation at that time. At the end of your project, please share your results and activities in the form of a short video or visit to a Foundation meeting to share your findings. A final survey concerning your findings will be required Note: If the survey is not completed, the Foundation reserves the right to refuse grant proposals from your school site for one year.

SCORING TIPS!! Scoring will be determined by the following categories. Be sure to include each of them in your proposal toassure the most points possible, and hopefully, a grant award from the Education Foundation!
The categories are:
1. Project Information and amount requested
2. Purpose. This should read like a social media announcement for donors to read.
3. Rationale. Provide research data or explanation of need in your classroom
4. Objectives What resulkts do you expect with your students?
5. Implementation Process - What will you do and how to acheive your goals
6. Timeline/Schedule - what is your schedule. Yoiur grant funds must be utilized and your plan completed by the end of this school year.
7. Requested Materials Description - How will you use the itmes on your shopping list?
8. Evlauation Procedure - How will you determine if this program was a success?
9. Budget - Be sure to attach the budget sheet.

BUDGET SHEET DOWNLOAD INFORMATION
To complete the Budget Sheet
1. In Section 5, Choose "Click Here to Download Budget Form
2. Blue Button at the top, click "Download File"
3. On the right, click "Open File" on the pop-up
4. Top yellow bar, click "Enable Editing"
5. Save when finished. This is saved to YOUR file, not the application.
6. On the Application at the very top, click "ATTACHMENTS".
7. Download the Budget Sheet to the Appllication.
