Welcome to the SISD Education Foundation Grant Application Portal. Please review the grant application guidelines application sections as you complete the application. 

Available funding is available as follows.

     $1,000 maximum for ONE teacher.

     $2,000 maximum for TWO or MORE teachers at ONE campus.

     $5,000 maximum for TWO or MORE teachers at TWO or more campuses.

We are happy to be utilizing ReviewR as our application portal. Keep in mind that you are able to edit your application at any time until the deadline by using the BLUE edit button at the top right. Remember to save your work as you move through the application.

Rules

When completing the BUDGET SHEET, please use the attached EXCEL and be sure to include shipping, if needed. Please do not include snacks, drinks, substitute pay on the Budget sheet without prior approval from the Education Foundation (educationfoundation@springisd.org)
 
*Application must be completed by an educator, Pre-K through 12 in Spring ISD involved in the DIRECT INSTRUCTION OF STUDENTS.
*Implementation must begin Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 semester. Funds will not be availablle after May 1, 2027 Unused funds will be returned to the Spring Education Foundation at that time. At the end of your project, please share your results and activities in the form of a short video or visit to a Foundation meeting to share your findings. A final survey concerning your findings IS REQUIRED.  Note: If the survey is not completed, the Foundation reserves the right to refuse grant proposals from your school site for one year.
*Please refer to Spring ISD Mission and Vision Statement: and the Spring ISD Strategic Plan: Strategic Plan / Key Imperatives as you are completing the application.
 
SCORING TIPS!!    Scoring will be determined by the following categories. Be sure to include each of them in your proposal toassure the most points possible, and hopefully, a grant award from the Education Foundation! 
 The categories are:
* Project Information and amount requested   
Section 1 -  Executive Summary  
Section 2 - Statement of Need
Section 3 - Objectives 
Section 4 - Project Plan 
Section 5 - Evaluation   
Section 6 - Budget

BUDGET SHEET DOWNLOAD INFORMATION
To complete the Budget Sheet
   1. In Section 5, Choose "Click Here to Download Budget Form
   2. Blue Button at the top, click "Download File"
   3. On the right, click "Open File" on the pop-up
   4. Top yellow bar, click "Enable Editing"
   5. Save when finished. This is saved to YOUR file, not the application.
   6. On the Application at the very top, click "ATTACHMENTS".
   7. Download the Budget Sheet to the Appllication.
