Description

NEFMA is currently accepting proposals for the 2026 Fall Conference at the Verve Hotel in Natick, MA. Applicants may also indicate their interest in being considered for the 2027 Spring Conference (date and location TBD).

We welcome presentations that offer practical takeaways, fresh perspectives, and relevant industry expertise.

Submission Deadline: July 15, 2026

Rules

  • All proposals must be submitted through the official NEFMA Call for Speakers form by July 15, 2026.
  • Speakers may submit multiple proposals.
  • Sessions should be educational in nature and provide clear value to attendees. Sales pitches, product demonstrations, or overly promotional presentations will not be considered.
  • Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection.
  • Applicants may indicate whether they wish to be considered for the 2026 Fall Conference, the 2027 Spring Conference, or both.
  • Notifications regarding proposal status will be communicated following the review process.
