At Reviewr, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Whether you're facing technical difficulties and need direct assistance from Reviewr, or if you have a question pertaining to a program you are applying/judging for, our dedicated support team is here to assist.
For technical support requests
- Please click the submit help request button located on the right of this page.
- You will be then asked to submit a help request form outlining the challenges you are experiencing. Please be as thorough as possible to ensure a timely and comprehensive resolution.
- Once submitted your request will be routed to the appropriate team.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your submitted request.
- In the meantime, we suggest you check out our help site that can guide you through how to use Reviewr. Click Here to access the site.
For program related questions or requests
- Please click the submit help request button located on the right of this page.
- You will be then asked to submit a help request form asking what type of user are you, the nature of your request, and the ability to offer any additional insights you wish to provide.
- This request will be sent directly to the program management team in which you are participating in who will be in contact if neccessary.
- You will receive a confirmation email of your submitted request.
